CIRCLE organization provides Consultative Services in working across sectors with organizations, schools and agencies to meet their intentional inclusiveness goals. Those services include:
Within the CIRCLE organization there are multiple “arms” that promote social justice and cultural responsiveness. Our vision and mission guide us as we plan events, speakers, workshops, and youth leadership opportunities.
CIRCLE promotes a commitment to diversity and inclusiveness and moves beyond celebrations and awareness by intentionally approaching specific issues that surround equity in a multi-faceted approach by exploring opportunities, knowledge, and skills.
Our plan is to take the model of the CIRCLE with its mission and vision for equity, diversity and social justice and provide a consultative model for others in the community. To have a cadre of experts to provide hands-on technical assistance, training, sustainability planning, and culturally relevant practices of evaluation and assessment across sectors (education, nonprofit, public, arts/culture, business and local groups) for others who are committed to achieving their overall inclusiveness goals.
the CIRCLE works to be a leader in the community in the field of diversity, racial equity, and social justice. CIRCLE will work with various community groups and programs across sectors to lead and guide them to meet their overall inclusiveness goals.
